“On Rims” tire changes are those that are already mounted on rims. This is also commonly known as a swap.
“Off Rims” tire changes are required when you have 2 sets of tires (summer and winter) but only 1 set of rims.

On Rims will take about 30 minutes. If you require an “Off Rims” package it will take longer as the process requires tires coming off and on the rims and wheel balancing.
